Payments & Shipping


Credit Card
You can pay by credit or debit card from the VISA, Mastercard and AMEX circuits.
We are not always able to accept credit card payments.
You can check if this payment method is available at checkout.

Bitcoin (21% Discount)
You can pay in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies by choosing the “Bitcoin” option during checkout.
If you have a Coinbase account you can make the payment directly on our site.
If you have difficulty you can still send the payment to our wallet yourself.

If you prefer to pay with Ethereum, you can do so by choosing the “Ethereum” option during checkout. On the confirmation page you will receive the wallet address to which you can send the payment for your order.

Paypal (only “Friend & Family” formula)
Currently we can accept payments via Paypal only with the formula “for friends and family”.
Any payments received without the “friends and relatives” formula will be refunded immediately.
If you want to pay with Paypal you can place the order by selecting the “Paypal” option during check-out.
Then please contact us and we will provide you with the correct address to send the payment to.


All our watches are processed and shipped within 10 working days by regular mail (10 – 20 days), DHL Express (3 – 5 days) or Triangulated Shipping.
We recommend the use of DHL Express or Triangulated Shipping as ordinary mail may suffer unreasonable delays or losses over which we have no control and for which we will not be able to refund you.
Please make sure to indicate a valid telephone number in the shipping address so that, if you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can make a new appointment in agreement with the courier.
If the goods are not received after the third delivery attempt, the watch will be destroyed and we will not be able to refund the payment.
If for any other reason the watch is not delivered to you, don’t worry, we will carry out a new shipment completely at our expense.
All our watches are shipped using safe routes and tricks that mitigate the risks of detention at customs. You will therefore not have to pay any customs duties or additional expenses.


If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

The return policy will not apply if you have already worn the product. Therefore, please keep the status of the product exactly the same as the one received.

If you want to return the product please contact us and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return the product to the address we have provided to you and then provide us with the tracking number.

Please do not use major shipping companies such as DHL, EMS, or FedEx. Use the regular registered mail service to avoid entry problems.

The cost of return shipping is entirely your responsibility.

You should always bear in mind that returning a product to China is not easy and it may happen that the Chinese customs will not accept your return and will return the product to you.

In this case, it could happen that you will have to ship twice and wait a long time.

So before buying, please carefully choose the product and size, in order to avoid the possibility of having to return it.

In any case, we will not be able to provide you with a refund if we have not first obtained the purchased product back.
